Miriam (Vivas) De Duque of Livingston, Texas, born September 23, 1937, in Columbia to Caleb Duenas and Olympia Vivas, passed away at the age of 83 in Kingwood, Texas. She is survived by her husband Rafael Duque; sons, Rafael Duque & wife Yubrimmy Del Valle Seijas, stepson, Tadrio Duque; daughters, Maribel Steele, Claire Killeen & husband David Killeen, Sandra Moloney & husband Con Moloney; brothers, Rafael & Dialgery Angarita; sister, Rosalba Angarita; grandchildren, Mark and Stephanie Steele, Rafael Antonio, and Armando Duque, Patrick, Aoibhan, and Andrew Killeen, Stephen, Siobhan, and Sinead Moloney; great-grandchildren, Max, and Lorenzo Moloney. As well as numerous other family members and a host of friends. Miriam lived a full life devoted to family, friends, and serving. She had a heart for children, and it kept her full of love and joy. She was a part of the Legions of Mary, enjoyed sewing, gardening, jewelry making, fabric painting, crafts, listening to music, and just life. Teaching through example and love inspiring all who knew her. Visitation will be held on Friday, August 20, 2021, from 5-8pm at Pace Funeral Home 200 FM 350 Livingston, TX, Mass will be held, 11 am Saturday, August 21, 2021, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 2590 US HWY 190, followed with graveside services held at 1:30 at Hardin Chapel Cemetery in Hardin, TX.
