Dorothy Ann Higginbotham born on January 27, 1949 in Jonesboro, Arkansas to Herbert Douglas Newcom and Anna Francis Young Newcom, passed away on January 3, 2014 at the age of 64. Those left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of 49 years, Lynn Higginbotham sons, James Higginbotham Sr., Robert Higginbotham and wife Tianna daughter, Ann Noles and husband Tony grandchildren, Ashlee Higginbotham, James Higginbotham Jr., Connor Noles, Spencer Noles, Brittany Higginbotham numerous other relatives and a host of friends.
