William Leonard Hudson born June 14, 1940, in Atlanta, Georgia to Dozier and Mildred (Ennis) Hudson, passed away Sunday, January 15, 2023, in Livingston, Texas at the age of 82.
He was born in Atlanta, Georgia grew up in Rocky Mount, North Carolina and resided in Livingston, Texas in the later Years.
William is survived by his daughter, Billie Hudson Doyle & husband Edward; son, Brady Leonard Hudson & wife Kristin Kee; grandchildren, Bailey Doyle, Conner Doyle, Alyssa Doyle, Tyler Hudson, Emma Hudson; great granddaughter, Annabelle Doyle; as well as many loved ones and a host of friends.
He was Staff Sergeant in the United States Army from 1963 to 1970. William was a graduate of ECU, class of 1962.He owned Hudson Business Machines in the 1980’s. William enjoyed dancing and sailing around the Bahamas and the Carolina Coast.
William is preceded by his parents, Dozier and Mildred; brother, Parnell Hudson.
William’s family will be holding a Celebration of Life at a later date.
