Harold Russell Miller was born on March 2, 1940, to Alvin and Ruth (Catron) Miller, in Richmond, Indiana. He went to be with his Lord and Savior on October 6, 2025, at his home in Livingston, Texas, at the age of 85.
He was a man of strength, kindness, and unwavering wisdom. Harold was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend. He had a gift for turning complicated matters into simple truths and a way of making every person feel like they were the most important person in the world to him.
Harold is survived by his loving wife of 22 years, Letha Miller; daughter, Lesia Wyatt & husband Billy, Brenda Miller & husband Gerald; siblings, Alvin Miller & wife Judy, Penny Gaston & husband John, Ida Gladys & husband Mike, Louise Blevins & husband Tom; nephew, Jeff Miller & wife Jane; niece, Teliza Washington & husband Mike; as well as numerous grandchildren, great- grandchildren, other family members and a host of friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents, and sister Shelby Winters.
A Visitation for Harold will be held from 5:00p- 8:00p, Friday, October 10, 2025, at Pace Funeral Home, in Livingston, Texas.
A Celebration of Harold’s Life will be held at 12 Noon, on Saturday, October 11, 2025, at Pace Funeral Home, in Livingston, Texas with Brother Cary Baskin and Brother Tim Fuller officiating.
Interment is to follow at Peebles Cemetery, in Livingston, Texas.
