He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Rebecca Watson; children, Sharon Aucoin & husband Jerry, Pamela Pena & husband Roman, Jessica Meza & husband Rudy, Rosanna Luna & husband Bobby; sister, Shelby Kinard; grandchildren, Jamie Dewitt, Nicole Pucci, Gabriel Meza, Julian Meza, Roman Pena Jr., Rebecca Pena, Rachel Pena, Angelica Parras, Evelyn Luna; five great grandchildren; numerous other relatives and a host of friends.
James is preceded in death by his parents, James Watson & Era Koonce; brother, Johnny Watson; sisters, Juanita Smith, Annie Faye Gould, Dorothy Rainey, Gladys Malone.
A Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM 8:00 PM, Thursday, April 29, 2021 at Pace Funeral Home.
A Celebration of James' Life will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday, April 30, 2021 at Pace Funeral Home with Joel Davila & Timothy Lopez officiating.
A Graveside Service will be held at 3:00 PM, Friday, April 30, 2021 at Sardis Cemetery in Center, Texas.
