He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Camille Rush; children, Penny Faucette & husband Norman, Toni Voir, Jennifer Behymer & husband Roy, Trisha Boyle & husband R.K., Melissa Donnell & husband James Chance, Rikki Merchant & husband Waco; sister, Edna Hanley & husband Fred (He's a Democrat); grandchildren, Mallory Collins, Peyton Donnell, Claire Donnell, Patrick Faucette, Sam Faucette, Joe Boyle, Mary-Joyce Boyle, Nicolas Voir; numerous other relatives and a host of friends.
Joseph is preceded in death by his parents, Charles & Edna Blackmon; brother, Charles Blackmon Jr; beloved dogs, Brutus, Max, Pumpkin, Lady, Donk.
A Celebration of Joseph's Life will he held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, April 17, 2021 at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Father Tarsisius Pulling, SVD officiating.
