She is survived by her uncle, James Blakley & wife Norma; aunts, Patsy Puckett, Barbara Puckett, Deloris Gardner & husband Tom, Carolyn Wells & husband Charles, Betty Ann Baker & husband Kenneth; numerous cousins and a host of friends.
Crystal is preceded in death by her parents, Donald & Martha Blakley; grandparents; numerous aunts & uncles.
A Graveside Service will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, February 27, 2021 at Forest Hill Cemetery in Livingston, Texas.
