He is survived by his wife of 29 years Jewel Collins; sons, Kenneth, Clifton, Michael, Rene; daughters, Rebecca, Julianna, Kelly, Laura; brother, Keith; seventeen grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren; numerous other relatives and a host of friends.
Billy is preceded in death by his parents, Sylvester & Gladys Collins.
He was a Pass Master for the Masonic Lodge post 857 also a Scottish Right Eastern Star.
Billy enjoyed playing music, doing woodwork, leather work and loved his grandchildren. One of his most favorite things to do was watch his grandchildren play Baseball.
A Graveside Service will be at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, November 18, 2020 at Magnolia Hill Cemetery in Segno, Tx with pastor Rex Hendrix officiating.
