She is survived by her son, Kenny Upchurch; daughter, Debbie Dills & husband Ronnie; sister, JoAnn Griggs; grandchildren, Lisi Rayburn, Nick Dills, Suzanne Pena, Michelle Upchurch; six great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; numerous other relatives and a host of friends.
Phyllis is preceded in death by her parents, Philip Napper & Joe Bailey and Bertie Harring; sons, Larry Joe Upchurch, David Glen Upchurch; sister, Thelma Marlowe; brother, Butch Herring; grandchild Brandon Delane Dills.
She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star Houston, Texas.
