The Woodlands, TX Wednesday, February 3, 2021 I knew Phil when we worked together at Baker Oil Tools in 1969. I saw his obituary just now and even though it's been several months since he passed away, I wanted to offer my condolences. He was a good man when I knew him 52 years ago and he helped me on my way as I went into an engineering career. God bless and comfort you.
