She is survived by her father, Howard Payne and step-mom, Gloria; sisters, Carla Meadows & spouse Chuck Bender, Melody Kellar, Beverly Butler, Paula Stanley & husband Chase, Kayla Parker & husband Seth, Lana Strahan & husband David; brothers, Kyle Payne & wife Cassy, Aaron Singleton; numerous other relatives and a host of friends.
Tammy is preceded in death by her mother, JoAnn Butler; step-father, Elbert Butler; sister, Chris Rosteet; brothers, Roy Allen Payne and Nelson Butler.
She enjoyed participating in the Special Olympics.
Tammy loved singing and coloring.
A Visitation will be held from 5:00 8:00 PM, Friday, January 10, 2020 at Pace Funeral Home.
A Celebration of Tammy's Life will be at 12:00 PM, Saturday, January 11, 2020 at Pace Funeral Home with Pastor Kevin Hendrix Officiating.
Interment to follow at 3:00 PM at Guidry Cemetery in Batson, Texas.
