Bennie was born July 27, 1956 to Gladys (Jackie Jackson) and Bennie Joe Parker in Texas City, Texas. He attended Alvin High School. Bennie enjoyed working with his hands. He could make anything out of wood and his work was beautiful. He was known as a kind, loving, charitable
man. His family called him "Bennie Do" because if they needed anything fixed, he was the one they called.
He was preceded in death by his parents Jackie and Bennie Parker and is survived by three sons, Heath (Shelly) Parker, Nickolas Parker, Anthony Parker, sisters, Vickie (Bobby) Berryman, Tranyce (Tom) Moore, Tamie (Pat) Triola, his brothers, Warren Wiggins, Danny Joe Parker and nieces, Tonya (Charles) Dansby, Christina (Brian) Hinton, Tessa (Jonathan) Gest, Tori Moore, nephews, Stephen (Erica) Berryman, Jonathan (Athina) Young, cousins and a host of dear friends.
