She is survived by her sons, Don Bullock & Clifford James; daughter, Ashley Bullock; sister, Ester Button; numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
Sandy is preceded in death by her parents, Marlin Tucker & Bertha Manners; son, Richard James Jr.; step-dad, Mikey Manners; brother, Michael Tucker; sister, Renee Caraway.
Memorial Service for Sandy will be held Saturday, June 29, 2019 at 4:00 PM at Faith World International Outreach Center, 8001 FM 1276, Livingston, Texas 77351 with Pastor Kevin Hendrix officiating.
