James Larry Gray Sr. was born March 4, 1969, in Houston, Texas, to Larry Lewis Gray and Willie Sue Bentley. He passed away on October 10, 2022, in Lufkin, Texas, at the age of 53.
He is survived by his wife of 29 years, Rosemary Gray; children, Johnny Dickey & wife Lynndy, James Larry gray Jr, and Samantha Lynn Gray; mother, Willie Sue Bentley; brothers, Billy Ray Lewis & wife Kelly and Will Gray; grandchildren, Logan Scott Ferguson, Kimberlee Carrol Gray, and Jamie Lynn Gray; niece and nephew, Melissa Lewis, Billy Lewis Jr; great- niece, Emma Lewis; brothers and sisters in law, Joe Little & wife Shelley and Glen David Dickey Jr; as well as many other loved ones and a host of friends.
James is preceded in death by his father, Larry Lewis Gray.
