Crystal Blakley, born June 1, 1978 in Lufkin, Texas, passed away on February 19, 2021 in Livingston, Texas at the age of 42 years.
She is survived by her uncle, James Blakley & wife Norma; aunts, Patsy Puckett, Barbara Puckett, Deloris Gardner & husband Tom, Carolyn Wells & husband Charles, Betty Ann Baker & husband Kenneth; numerous cousins and a host of friends.
Crystal is preceded in death by her parents, Donald & Martha Blakley; grandparents; numerous aunts & uncles.
A Graveside Service will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, February 27, 2021 at Forest Hill Cemetery in Livingston, Texas.
