Patricia Marie Neels, born September 7, 1947 in Houston, Texas, passed away on November 29, 2019 in Corrigan, Texas at the age of 72 years.
She is survived by her husband, Robert Neels; sons, Curtis Wiggins and Sidney Wiggins; granddaughter, Heather Wiggins; grandsons, Joshua Wiggins & Brandon Wiggins; numerous other relatives and a host of friends.
Patricia is preceded in death by her parents, Willie & Daphine Arnold.
