Billy Edward Huggins, born January 6, 1936 to Arthur Huggins and Wachweese (Baker) Hendricks in Bertram, Texas, passed away on April 21, 2018 in Lufkin, Texas, at the age of 82 years.
Bill’s loving family includes: wife, Anna Huggins; children, Debra Huggins - Holscher, Christopher Edward Huggins, Lisa Lyn Garcia, Zavalla Lynn Huggins; grandchildren, Justin William Garcia, Kristina Lynn Garcia, William DeSoto Holscher, Kendall Keirsey Holscher and numerous other relatives.
He is preceded in death by his parents; father, Arthur Huggins; mother, Wachweese (Baker) Hendricks; step father, Paul Hendricks.
Celebration of Bill’s Life will begin at 10 AM, Friday 27, 2018 at Pace Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas. With Rev. Steve Waldrep officiating. Graveside Service will follow at 4 PM at Bear Creek Cemetery in Bertram, Texas.
