Nelda Ruth West, born September 8, 1941 to Fred and Eva Matlock in Dickinson, Texas, passed away on April 21, 2019 in The Woodlands, Texas at the age of 77 years.
She is survived by her son, Greg West, daughter, Angela Hearn; sisters, Jeanette Dickson & husband Jim; JoAnn Whitley, Shirley Treadway & husband Jim; Five grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; numerous other relatives and a host of friends.
Nelda is preceded in death by her husband, Charlie West; parents, Fred & Eva Matlock; daughter, Tambra Foster; brother, Gene Matlock.
A Graveside Service for Nelda will be held Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at 2:00 PM at Restland Memorial Park Cemetery Livingston, Texas with Pastor Harold Isaacs.
