Doyt Woods Hoyt
Doyt passed away on March 10, 2019 at the age of 84 in Livingston, Tx after a lengthy illness. He joins his beloved wife Marlene now in heaven.
The youngest of the three children, Doyt was born in Mission, Tx to Wilbur and Janette Hoyt. He grew up on his family's farm, working the fields, tending livestock and repairing farm equipment. He attended school in Mission, Tx. He was a mechanic by trade and loved to tinker with anything mechanical. Doyt is survived by his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, in-laws, niece and nephew.
Doyt was greatly loved and will be deeply missed. May his journey be peaceful and his reunion with his wife joyous.
A family memorial service will be held in Riviera at a later date. |
