Jewel V. (Sumrall) Collins was born on March 14, 1942, in Houston, Texas and passed from this life on October 14, 2026, in Conroe, Texas at the age of 84. Her gentle spirit and warm heart leave an indelible mark on all who knew and loved her.
She is survived by her children, Kelly Allen, Kenny Tolar & wife Rachel, Michael Tolar & wife Amber, Pete Tolar, Laura Hubert, and Rene Perez; grandchildren, Jeffrey Wiggins & wife Nikki, Kelsey Emmons & husband Paul, Corey Tolar & wife Annie, Caley Bardin & Husband Mike, Dylan Eaves & wife Shelby, Gus Tolar & wife Jessica, Grant Tolar & wife Marley, Grady Tolar, Avery Tolar, Shane Tolar & wife Brittany, Todd Tolar & wife Mary, Johnnie Alleman, Marion Crawford, Dylan Tolar, Blake Abbey, Keithan Perez & wife Courtney and Chazstinee Kelly & husband Ray Del; twenty- five great grandchildren, as well as many other loved ones and a host of friends.
Jewel is preceded in death by her parents, Alfred and Bertha Sumrall; husbands, David Tolar and Billy Collins.
A graveside service will be held on 2:00pm Friday, October 16, 2026, at Magnolia Hill Cemetery, in Segno, Texas, officiating by Bryan Dickens and Dylan Eaves.
