After graduating from Livingston High School in 1967 she attended Massey Business School in Houston, Texas. She married Jessie L. Wilburn on August 15, 1975, in Richmond, Texas. They shared in raising five children, Shannon, Charlene, Patricia, Joe and Mike.

As Patsy raised her children, she enjoyed volunteering. She volunteered countless hours at their schools and had a special place in her heart for Camp Fire Girls and Sundowners. Patsy loved spending time with her grandchildren and taking them on many adventures during the summers. Patsy also enjoyed attending worship with her grandchildren on Sundays at TheMET Church. We will love and miss our “Nannie.”
