James Marshall Watson, born August 18, 1944 in Center, Texas, passed away on April 24, 2021 in The Woodlands, Texas at the age of 76 years.
He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Rebecca Watson; children, Sharon Aucoin & husband Jerry, Pamela Pena & husband Roman, Jessica Meza & husband Rudy, Rosanna Luna & husband Bobby; sister, Shelby Kinard; grandchildren, Jamie Dewitt, Nicole Pucci, Gabriel Meza, Julian Meza, Roman Pena Jr., Rebecca Pena, Rachel Pena, Angelica Parras, Evelyn Luna; five great grandchildren; numerous other relatives and a host of friends.
James is preceded in death by his parents, James Watson & Era Koonce; brother, Johnny Watson; sisters, Juanita Smith, Annie Faye Gould, Dorothy Rainey, Gladys Malone.
A Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM, Thursday, April 29, 2021 at Pace Funeral Home.
A Celebration of James’ Life will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday, April 30, 2021 at Pace Funeral Home with Joel Davila & Timothy Lopez officiating.
A Graveside Service will be held at 3:00 PM, Friday, April 30, 2021 at Sardis Cemetery in Center, Texas.
