James Michael Brown, born March 15, 1971 in Galveston, Texas, passed away on July 31, 2020 in Livingston, Texas at the age of 49 years.
He is survived by his wife Cheryl Brown; mother, Faye Higgins; children, Patrick Brown, Allison Brown, Ashley Brown, Jessica Franco, Justin Luna, Mindy Hernandez; brothers, Daniel Simons, Cody Simmons; eight grandchildren; numerous other relatives and a host of friends.
James is preceded in death by his father, Robert Eugine Simons.
