John Steven Turner, of Soda, Texas was born November 10, 1985 to Dorrell Gene and Mary Hardy Turner in Houston, Texas, passed away on April 29, 2019 in Houston, Texas at the age of 33 years.
He is survived by his parents, Dorrell and Mary (Kathy) Hardy Turner; sons, Preston Troxell, John Steven Turner II, Levi Grace and Logan Turner; daughter, Madeline Turner; numerous other relatives and a host of friends.
John is preceded in death by his grandmothers, Aveline Kelley Hoard, Leavon Arrendell Bond; great grandmother, Carrie Belle Kelley; grandfathers, S.E. Hoard, Arthur Hardy and Willie Bond; aunts, Lois Faye Kennedy and Sheila Enloe Hardy; uncle, James Turner.
A visitation will he held Sunday, May 5, 2019 at Pace Funeral Home from 2:00 PM until 3:00 PM.
A Celebration of John’s Life will follow the visitation at 3:00 PM, May 5, 2019 also at Pace Funeral Home with Pastor Noble Enloe officiating.
Interment to follow service at Bluff Creek Cemetery in Soda, Texas.
