Philip Sullivan Brown, born October 29, 1954 to Thermon and Ruth (Johnson) Brown in Angleton, Texas, passed away on July 17, 2018 in Livingston, Texas at the age of 63 years.
His loving family includes: wife, Kathy Brown of 39 years; children, Stacy Thompson & husband Michael, Toby Marek & wife Jennifer, April Payton & husband John; mother, Ruth Brown; brothers, Dennis Brown & wife Linda, Robert Brown & wife Cheryl, David Brown & wife Shawna; eight grandchildren; numerous other relatives and a host of friends.
Philip is preceded in death by his parents; Thermon and Sybil Brown.
He was a retired veteran of the United States Army, having served during the Vietnam era.
