Mary Ann Baker Scott was born February 17,1944 to Johnny and Inez Baker in Bryan, Texas. She went to be with her Lord on January 24, 2017 at the age of 72 years in Livingston, Texas surrounded by her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and special care givers, Gretchen Harris and Nicole Fischer.
She is preceded in death by her parents, sister, son-law, and husband.
Mary Ann’s loving family includes; children, Sammy Lyons, Danny Lyons, Glinda Hickman, Linda Reeh and Victoria Pryor; sixteen grandchildren an eighteen and a half great grand kids.
Mary Ann’s love was her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She loved to sew quilts, make jams and watch western movies. Mary Ann enjoyed watching animal planet with her great grandchildren and sharing her food with them. Mary Ann had two very special ladies, Gretchen Harris and Nicole Fischer that helped take care of her for the last year of her life. They loved her just like she was their mother Our family thanks them for the love and compassion they showed to both our parents during the past year and a half.
A Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 29, 2017 at Noon until Service at Pace Funeral Home. The Celebration of Mary Ann’s life will begin at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 29, 2017 with Pastor Mitchel Murphy officiating. Interment will be at the Center Grove Cemetery in Livingston, Texas.
