Herbert Henry Mansur, born November 12, 1924 to Issac and Hulda (Sahler) Mansur in Orange Grove, Texas, went to be with his Lord on October 30, 2016 in Conroe, Texas, at the age of 91 years.
Herbert proudly served his Country in the United States Navy during WWII and Pearl Harbor. Herbert was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Onalaska, Texas. He was involved in the little league with his sons. Herbert loved to fish especially in his boat.
Herbert’s loving family includes; his beloved wife of 72 years, Laurine Mansur; sons, Ronald Mansur, Douglas Mansur; daughter, Sharon Figley & husband, Robert; sister Ester Burnaman; three grandchildren, Steven Figley & wife, Jennifer, Larisa Kutac, Alisha Betcke; four great grandchildren, Phillip Figley, Nickolas Figley, Nicholas Dalinis, Samantha Dalinis.
He is preceded in death by his parents; son, Brian Timothy Mansur, two brothers, Herman Mansur, Hans Mansur.
A Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. to Service at Pace Funeral Home with a Celebration of Herbert’s Life beginning at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 2, 2016 at Pace Funeral Home 200 FM 350 N Livingston, Texas with Reverend Rick Tate and Marion McWhorter officiating.
