Memorial services for Charles W. Sweet, 77, of Livingston, will be held Thursday, November 20, 2008 at 2:00 PM at Pace Funeral Home, with Pastor Jim Buie officiating.
Mr. Sweet was born November 9, 1931 in Toledo, Ohio, to Elmer and Fannie Belle Wagner Sweet, whom precede him in death. Mr. Sweet was married to Kathryn Peppard Sweet for forty-four years, she also precedes him in death.
Mr. Sweet graduated from Woodward High School in Toledo Ohio in 1948. He joined the U.S. Marine Corps, and served from 1952 to 1954. He was employed by ATT company for thirty-three years.
Surviving him are his children, Sherry Sweet; Sandy and Bill Pawlowski; Karen and Keith Angel; grandchildren, Mandy Arab, Sahar Arab; Nasim Arab; Juju Arab and Danielle Pawlowski.
Pace Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements.
