William Joseph Russell, born April 4, 1928, to Joseph and Omah Parker Russell in Mound City, Illinois, went to be with his Lord on July 18, 2016 in Livingston, Texas, at the age of 88 years.
He was a veteran in the United States Army having served in the Korean War.
William’s loving family includes; his beloved wife, Barbara S. Russel of Livingston, Texas; children, Donetta Russell Vanehen, Nancy Russell Zimmerban, Verne Russell Tompkins; siblings, James & Erma Russell Mills, Lido Carolyn Russell Firmand, Bill & Neta Russell Myrick, Eugene & Donna Russell Taghan; nine grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and numerous other relatives and a host of friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Pasty R Russell, David E Russell, James W. Russell, Phyllis J. Russell Phillips. Barbara A Russell Hitteman.
