Virginia Louis Simpson, born January 7, 1930 to Roy C. and Fannie Holdren Jackson in Dexter, Missouri, went to be with her Lord, April 15, 2016 in Houston, Texas, at the age of 86.
Virginia’s loving family includes; her children, Kevan Dale Simpson, Roy Dawson Simpson, and Pamela J. Skinner & her husband, George; two sisters, Doris Jackson, Marie Ann Howe; three grandchildren, Chad Richard Dillon & Cara, Chance Patrick Skinner & Cristen, Kessley Lenae Williams & husband, Derrick; five great grandchildren, and numerous other relatives and a host of friends.
She is preceded in death by her husband, L.D. Simpson, Jr. and sister, Betty Simpson Prince; son, Brian Delaney Simpson
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 19, 2016 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Pace Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas. Celebration of Virginia’s life will begin at 10:00 am on Wednesday, April 20,2016 at the Pace Funeral Home with Reverend Curtis Jordon officiating. Interment will be at the Mt. Rose Cemetery in Livingston, Texas.
