Funeral services for Betty L. Stutts, age 79, will be held Thursday, September 11th, at 1:00 PM in the Pace Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Rex Hendrix officiating. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 PM. Burial will be at the Camp Ruby Cemetery.
Mrs. Stutts passed away September 8, 2008 at her resident in Segno, TX. She was born July 7, 1929 in Rockdale, Texas to William Lee and Emily Ludwig Bone, whom precede her in death.
Also preceding her in death are her three sisters; Louis Collier, Morie Aramendia and Velma Cowan.
Mrs. Stutts worked for American Can Company, she enjoyed gardening and fishing.
Her survivors are her husband of 49 years, Oscar Edwin Stutts, daughter Geradine Riley and husband Milton of Segno, TX., Jerry Bone of Rosharon, TX, Billy Stutts of Livingston, TX and George Stutts and wife JoCarol of Freeport, TX. Sisters; Blanche King of Conway Arkansas, Pearl Tipps of Sweeney, Texas, Wanda Gay and Roger Holcombe of Sweeney, TX, Margaret Hillin of Ace, TX, Brothers; William Lee Bone and wife Peggy of Houston, TX, Johnny Bone and wife Annie of Houston, TX. Preston Earl Bone of Porter, Tx.. Grandchildren; Jason Riley and wife Keri of Katy, TX, Tyson Riley of Segno, TX, Brandi Mohler and husband Josh of Livingston, TX, Ray Stutts of Freeport, TX., Santanna Stutts of Houston, TX. Great grandchildren; Brent Riley of Segno, TX and Reagan Riley of Segno, TX.
