"I also am at a loss in my thoughts tonight. Howard, you were a great friend to our family; especially to my dad. I will always cherish the memories that I have of you and my dad, Bobby Woods. He went to the Heavens too early as you did, but together again to make more memories in the skies. I will always remember May 29, 1999; when you stood before me, as I committed myself to marriage. You will be forever remember for the stories you would tell, and the laughs and advice that you provided my father with as he fought to live another day. RIP, sweet Howard. You are free."
