Jean Margaret Buford Littleton, born on October 27, 1925 in Hamilton, Ohio to James Rosson and Stella Beckham Rosson, passed away on May 15, 2015 in Livingston, Texas at the age of 89. Those left to cherish her memory are loving husband, JP Littleton; daughter, Beverly Asher; sons, Scott Asher and Philip Asher; step daughter, Carolyn Baranowski; grandchildren, Ian Tonks, Lauren Fritts, Christopher Davison, Cody Baranowski; great grandchildren, Mason Doherty, Hannah Doherty, Michael Richardson and Hannah Baranowski; numerous other family, church family and host of dear friends. Jean was preceded in death by both her parents; daughter, Nicki Sue Asher; Jean's mom passed away when she was 3 years old. She went to live with her Great Aunt Marie on a large working farm in Camden, Ohio. After high school, she went to work as a “Rosie the Riveter”, making air plane wings for the war. During the depression she moved to Texas with her husband and family to find work. She loved Texas, but hated the bugs. After raising her children, Jean started a new career as a LVN, she then became a florist arranger (but she found out that she was allergic to the flowers). Jean became a designer for women's clothing. Jean was a woman of many talents, she loved to refurbish furniture, help in building churches. She met and feel in love with JP and married and started the Teddy Bear Ministry in her church. A woman of great faith and patience. She loved her family very much and will be missed deeply.
