"Miz Helen was like my 2nd mom she wiped my scraped knees with alcohol when I fell school, gave me advice on who I should marry and I should have taken it, and taught me how to make chicken dumplings. I always admired her because she told you just exactly what she thought and held nothing back and when she did, you knew that she loved you, otherwise she wouldnt say it. I love you Mrs. Beaty See you on the other side Karen Hon Matthews"
