"Miss you Dad. I wished we could have talked more about the things you did in your life. I am just now finding out about the Battle of the Bulge. I cant believe that you served in that valiant battle. You never said much about it, and how horrible it was to be in the cold and watching your friends die alongside you. Now I know why you were always cold in the house and turning up the thermostat. Mom didnt understand that. I miss you and love you and look forward to meeting again. This time in heaven

Love,
Your 5th daughter,

Denise Joan Ames"
