Funeral services for Joseph Derek Jordan, age 32, were held Wednesday, December 12,2007 at the Lake Livingston Lutheran Church, with Rev. Sharon Kapsch officiating, interment will follow at the Magnolia Cemetery in Onalaska. Visitation was Tuesday evening December 11,2007.
Mr. Jordan was born the son of Earnest Thomas and Evelyn Raylene Sutton Jordan, February 8,1975, in St.Louis, Mo. He passed away at his residence, December 9,2007.
Surviving him are his wife Sarah Marie Jordan, his parents; one son Dakota Anthony and daughter Elyxis Ann Jordan, Mother and Father-in-law, Richard and Racheal Slyker, sister-in-law Tiffany Slyker and Michelle Brinkman and husband Neil, nieces, Savannah and Chloe Brinkman step-brother, Tom Elison, Step-sisters, Cherri Gilbreath and Ann Ferrand and a host of aunts, uncles and friends.
He was a self-employed carpenter and worked in construction, building bulk heads and boat docks. He enjoyed his family, collecting and crafting.
Pallbearers were David Bunker, Richard Slyker, Mike Rumbel, Tom Gunter, Billy Parker, Matt Odom.
