Funeral services for Aveline Kelley Hoard, age 69 of the Soda Community, were held Tuesday, December 11,2007 at 10:00 PM in the Pace Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Ronald Culberth and Rev. Frank Hood officiating. Interment followed in the Bluff Creek Cemetery. Visitation was held Monday evening from 5:00 to 8:00 PM.
Mrs. Hoard was born July 13,1938 to Jim and Carrie Belle Kelley.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, S.E. Hoard, whom she was married to for 22 years and Louis Hardy, whom she was married to for 24 years. Her father Jim Kelley.
Her survivors are her two sons; Anthony Louis Hardy and wife Sheila of Plum Grove and John Miles Hardy of Livingston. Four daughters; Leslie Jean Lewis of Livingston, Kathy Turner and husband Dorrell of Livingston, Lois Faye Kennedy and husband Paul of Alvin and Diane Lucero of Dallas. Two brothers Otis Kelley and Charlie Kelley of Livingston. Grandchildren; Michael Franklin, Larry Franklin, Starrla Mundt, Kellie Hardy, Donna Lewis, Randy Lewis, Jr., Lacey Willis, Loren Hardy, Louis Hardy, John Steven Turner, Brandi Atkinson. Great-grandchildren; Kaitlyn Caples Mundt, Paige Caples Mundt, Cristlyn Lewis, Coltin Lewis, Brayden Young, Landon Mundt, Brent Atkinson, Brianna Rodriquez and Mallory Franklin. Two sister-in-laws; Becky Kelley and Areada Kelley of Livingston.
Pallbearers were Randy Lewis, Jr., Loren Hardy, Louis Hardy, John Steven Turner, Michael Franklin, Larry Franklin and Honorary Pallbearers were Scott Mundt, Michael Atkinson and Keith Willis.
