Funeral services for Margarite E. Stokley, age 84, will be held 2:00 PM Thursday, December 6,2007, in the Pace Funeral Home Chapel., with Rev. Robert Jones officiating. Interment will follow in the Stokley family cemetery in Moscow. Visitation will be Wed. evening December 5, 2007 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, at Pace Funeral Home. Mrs. Stokley passed away at her residence in Moscow, December 3,2007.
She was born March 13,1923 to Joseph and Elsie Nance in Stillwell, Ok. She worked during WWII installing parts in airplanes.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
Her survivors are her husband of 12 years, Jim Stokley, and his children; Harvey R. Stokley of Pasadena, James Stokley, Jr. of Pasadena, Daniel Stokley of Austin, Quintin Stokley of Friendswood, Raymond Stokley of Pasadena, Cynthia Head of Pruage, Czech and David Stokley of Katy. She had 21 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren and a host of family and friends.
Pallbearers will be James Toler, J.J.Sedtal, Kenneth Peace, Peanut Glass, Rodney Walker and Rob Cook.
