James F. Duncan born September 1, 1920 to William S. and Frances Adelaide Lloyd Duncan in Dallas, Texas passed away on July 7, 2013 at the age of 92. James is survived by his loving wife Billie of 66 years. daughters, Janet Yarbrough, Debbie Fisher and husband Patrick brother, William Duncan and wife Markie grandchildren, Michael Fisher, Curtis Fisher and Andrea Jomaa numerous other relatives and a host of friends. James is preceded in death by his parents daughter, Donna Jomaa brother, David Donald Duncan.
James was in the United States Navy having served in World War II. He was a former member of First United Methodist Church in Onalaska, Texas. James was a member of many bowling leagues throughout the years. A Celebration of Jamess Life was held on July 11, 2013 at 2:00 PM at Boldsprings Cemetery in Livingston, Texas.
