Barbara JoAnn Philpott, born March 26, 1943 in New Madrid, Missouri went to be with her Lord April 12, 2013 in Shepherd, Texas at the age of 70 years. JoAnn was a member of the New Hope Apostolic Church. Her loving family includes, husband of 46 years, Bill Philpott son, Jeremy Philpott daughters, Toni Palmer husband Kyle, Renee Reeves husband Jack brothers, Luther McCool and Jack McCool sisters, Imogene Laminack, Vina MacNaughton and Judy McCool five grandchildren, Lauren Heggie, Natalie Reeves, Ashton LaCaste, Morgen LaCaste and Trey LaCaste numerous other relative and a host of friends. She is preceded in death by one infant daughter Angel Philpott three brothers, Glen, Wayne and Gerald McCool one sister, Lorene Rone. A visitation will be held from 5pm till 8pm Tuesday, April 16, 2013 at Pace funeral Home. A Celebration of JoAnns life will begin at 2pm Wednesday, April 17, 2013 at Pace Funeral Home with Rev.
