Kathy J. OSteen was born on December 12, 1952 in Coshocton, Ohio to Lawrence James and Betty Jean McCoy she passed away on January 27, 2013 in Livingston, Texas at the age of 61. She is survived by her loving husband of 23 years Carl OSteen children, Carrie Dankenbrink and husband Jarod Tonya OSteen sister, Brenda Finnell father mother in law, Ray Kelly and wife Margaret brother in law, Bruce OSteen sister in law, Judy Thomas 9 Grandchildren 3 Great grandchildren aunt uncle Sandy and David Jennings sister in law, Donna Finnell nieces, Emilia Ellisa Finnell numerous other relatives and a host of friends. Kathy was preceded in death by her twin sister, Cindy McCoy mother, Betty daughter, Carlla OSteen grandparents, Henry Leona McCoy brother, Stephen Finnell step father, Paul Finnell. Visitation will be at Pace Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas on Thursday, January 31, 2013 from 4 7 P.M. A Celebration of Kathys life will be on Friday, February 1, 2013 at 2:00 P.M. at Pace Funeral Home with Bro. Tom Owen officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Hills Cemetery in Livingston, Texas.
