Tommy Wayne Lockhart was born on July 31, 1952 in Houston, Texas to Tom Watson Lockhart and Oleane Pruitt Lockhart. Passed away on Sunday June 17, 2012 at the age of 59 years. Mr. Lockhart was a fellow Christian in the Baptist church. He was a Veteran having served in the United States Marine Corp. And a life time member of the VFW Post 8953 of Romayor, Texas. He is survived by his mother, Oleane Lockhart niece, Virginia Key and husband Grady uncle, Glen Pruitt and wife Helen numerous other relatives and host of friends.Preceded in death by father Tom Watson Lockhart. Pallbearers include: Joe Baxley, Nelson Pruitt, Armond Brown, Dennise Bedingfield, Richard Brown and Grady Key. Visitation will be held from 5PM to 8PM on Tuesday June 19, 2012 at Pace Funeral Home. A celebration of Tommys life will begin at 10AM Wednesday June 20, 2012 also at Pace Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas with Rev. Mike Meadows officiating. Interment to follow at Forest Hill Cemetery. Military honors provided by VFW Post 8568.
