Troy Alvin Welch, born April 17, 1933 in San Augustine, Texas, passed away December 8, 2011 in Livingston, Texas at the age of 78 years. Troy is survived by this wife of 57 years, Murl Welch, son, Larry Welch and wife, Becky daughter, Jana McLendon and husband, Paul brother, Rudy Welch and wife, Nelda. Seven 7 grandchildren, Brandi, Joshua, Emily, Allison, Daniel, Lindsey and Victoria and five 5 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, Andrew and Bertha Mae Norwood Welch, brother, Rubin Welch, sister, Vera Bradley and grand daughter, Brittany Marie Welch. Visitation was held from 6 pm to 8 pm, Saturday, December 10, 2011 at Pace Funeral Home. Graveside services for Mr. Welch was held at 2:00 pm, Sunday, December 11, 2011 at Camp Ruby Cemetery with Mr. Larry Welch and Mr. Daniel McLendon officiating.
