Thomas Rex Andries, born April 13, 1936 in Elmer, LA passed away Monday, October 31, 2011, in Conroe, TX at the age of 75. He was a member of the VFW Post of Cleveland, TX. Rex is survived by a special companion Joyce Peewee Walker daughters, Linda Andries Ware and husband Shawn, Dana Andries and partner Sandra Kitterman, Deb Andries and Michael McMurray brother, Donald Andries five grandchildren and five greatgrandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents Bernard Donald and Jewell Gillespie daughter, Juanita Andries and sister, Jewell Bernice Carden Andries. A visitation was held from 8am till 10am Thursday at Pace Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at 4pm Thursday at Elmer Cemetery in Elmer, Louisana with Rev. Thomas Wade Sewell officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the VFW Post, 18 County Road 396, Cleveland, TX 773283759.
