Tereasa Ann Themis, 53, went to be with the Lord Tuesday, May 24th, 2011 in Livingston, Texas. Terri was born in Garland, Texas, daughter of James Brooks and Virgie Cross. The family moved to Michigan in 1967, where they lived until 1978. Terri attended Jeffers High School in Painsdale, and graduated in 1976. After high school, Terri served in the U.S. Army and was honorably discharged. Terri later married Dennis Themis. Together they have a loving son, Christopher. Terri was very interested in continuing her education, and received an Associates Degree, as well as other certifications throughout her adult life. Terri was an avid reader and enjoyed crocheting as well. She will be remembered as a kind, loving person with a huge heart. Her biggest love of all was her family. A wonderful mother, sister and friend to many. She is preceded in death by her parents, James Brooks and Virgie Cross.
