William Richard “Willie” Franklin

William Willie Richard Franklin, 49, went to be with the Lord, Friday April 1, 2011 at Tomball Regional Hospital in Tomball, Texas. Willie was born October 19, 1961 in Wurtzburg, Germany. He was a mechanist employed with Wyman Gordon in Houston, Texas. His survivors include his wife Gale Meyer Franklin children, Raymond Christopher Welsh and wife Donna, Curtis Ray Welsh and wife Kim, Wendy Charmaine, father, Ronald Franklin and wife Virgie of Bedias Tx, brother Rickey Wayne Franklin, Charles William Chapman and wife Helen of Mississippi sister, Christina Marie Lange and husband Michael of Waller, Texas brotherinlaw, Raymond Meyer, Jr. and wife Cindy of Goodrich, Texas sisterinlaw, Nancy and husband Donnie Randall of Huntington, Texas grandchildren, Paige Sucarichi, Colton Ray Welsh, Shelby Digges, Dylan Andrew Welsh, Hannah Welsh, Kayla Digges, Cierra Digges, Mason Welsh, Casey Welsh and Shane Sucarichi and numerous nieces and nephews.
His mother Edeltraud English Franklin, precedes him in death. Services were held Tuesday, April 5, 2011, at 1:00 PM at Pace Funeral Home, with Pastor Royce Pennington officiating. Pallbearers were Raymond Christopher Welsh, Curtis Ray Welsh, Ricky Wayne Franklin, Dylan Andrew Welsh, Trey Meyer, Nick Meyer, Tom Beaver and Brittney Elaine Randall. Honorary pallbearers were Charlie Chapman, Matt Weisinger, Trai Weisinger, Hannah Welsh, Mason Welsh, Casey Welsh and Shane Sucarichi. Visitation was held Monday, April 4, 2011 from 5 to 9 PM.
