Webster Ray Golsby, Jr, 68, was born April 14, 1942 in Marion, LA, to his parents Webster Ray, Sr Arty Bell Golsby and passed away Thursday, November 25, 2010 surrounded by his loving family. Ray was selfemployed as a welder. He is survived by his wife, Linda son, Michael Dewayne Golsby daughters, Sherry Lofton of Dallas, TX, Rebecca Doughty and husband Rocky of Hillister, TX, Brenda Baugh of Texas City, TX granddaughters, Brittany Quinn and husband Randy, Samantha Brown of Baytown, TX, Shelby Henson of Hillister, TX grandsons, Jacob Doughty of Hillister, TX, Bradley Baugh of Alvin, TX great granddaughter, Isabella Grace Henson of Hillister, TX brother, Johnnie Lee Golsby sisters, Shirley Ann Copeland, Virginia Garcia, Gloria Jean Kanka brother, Floyd Canterberry of Grayson, LA. Webster is preceded in death by his parents, Webster Ray, Sr Arty Bell Golsby sister, Sandra Elaine Landrum, and nephew Alan Canterberry. A Graveside service was held Tuesday, November 30, 2010 in Peebles Cemetery. Donations may be given to M.D. Anderson Cancer Center or a charity of your choice.
