Mrs. Burr died Wednesday, Feb. 8, in Triumph Hospital of East Houston.
She was born July 5, 1927 in Livingston. Mrs. Burr was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Bertha Lowe; husbands, Lonoon Slack and David Burr; sister, Lucille Ricks; sons, David Curtis Burr and Daniel Burr; grandson, John Lonoon Slack and dear friend, J.C. Davis.
Survivors include her sons, Tommy Slack and wife Jan and Johnny Slack and wife Rita; daughters, Sandra Bloomfield and husband Everett, Debbie Boyington, Faye Chesser and Velda Akins; sisters, Loyce Flowers and Joyce Piper; many nieces and nephews; 19 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Tony Bloomfield, Troy Bloomfield, JoAllen Slack, John Slack and Timothy Slack.
