Mr. Wayne G. Waters Sr., born in Houston, Texas on August 1st, 1931, passed away suddenly on September 10, 2010. Wayne Waters is survived by his loving wife, Rita M. Waters, his children, Wayne G. Waters Jr., and wife Cindy Rhonda Gonzales and husband Ruben Robert Collier, Tom Collier and wife Barbara Debbie Haluzan and husband Don, Michael Gorsalitz and wife Kim. He is survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and numerous loved ones who called him PawPaw. Wayne Waters served our country in the navy from 1950 to 1954. He was a retired fire Captain with Houston Fire Department, where he served for 26 years. Wayne and Rita retired and moved to Livingston in the early 1980s from Houston and have enjoyed living in Livingston for the past 30 years. A Celebration of life will be held at Pace Funeral Home on Tuesday, September 14th, at 10:00am with Father Labbe officiating.
