"Bessie Hensley is my Grandma. I Will miss her dearly. I will never forget her sweet voice that would say Cissy Mae when you coming over to see me what I would give to hear that just one more time. Our trips to Arkansa will always be in the hearts and memories of myself, J.D. and our children. She hiked up and down mountains, climbed down in submarines, went into caves, played a mean game of dominoes which by the way she won and talked trash the whole time to JD who wasnt very good lol and knew what town was next before we even got there. She had the neatest story for almost every one of them and could tell you down to the day and year it happened And this was after the age of 80. She was a pretty cool grandma I was one of the lucky ones who got the opportunity to know that about her. She will be missed... love ya Grandma"

"Bessie Mae was my first cousin. My dad, John Helpenstill was her mothers brother. Bessie, Jimmy and I played together during the years our family lived in the Livingston area. She was several years older than me and she planned some good times for us younger cousins. The last time I saw her was at Uncle Jesses funeral. I send my love and prayers to her wonderful family.
